Everyone likes to smile, but sometimes, it isn’t this simple. Yea smiles are beautiful and make you look prettier, you know it but… You just feel down.
But ask yourself a question, do you always smile because you are happy? or sometimes the opposite is true? What is sometimes, you are happy because you smile?
Let’s give it a try, for one day, set a timer for every 15 minutes, or remember to do it without a timer, whatever you like. And every 15 minutes, smile for 10 seconds. You might ask yourself what will change, in the end, 10 seconds is nothing. Trust me, tried it! And I want to hear your feedback after you try it too.
